I don't have a clue either, though I agree that I would expect this to be a portal or JC addition. I speculated a couple of weeks ago that they may be looking at an experienced post or maybe they'd like to replace Monahan with more of a true PG to get Grace off the ball a bit more.

Miah Monahan is still listed in the updated portal tracker as here and still has her USD photos posted on her instagram. So if she is, in fact, staying, then we already have 15 on the roster. So this “Boom” announcement is puzzling.

There were some pretty big AAU tournaments this past weekend, and last week was a dead, no contact period. So maybe it is a high school commit.

So this “Boom” announcement is puzzling. Until she announces a new school, there is always a chance she stays with her commitment. But she did delete her Twitter post. I don't think those sites would make an update until she would announce a different one. |

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Walker and Kendall were still on the roster until they announced their new school.

It might be more of a coincidence, as Joy was taken off the roster at the same time as Walker. They were the first two to announce. While Walker signed with ND right away, I’m assuming Joy did not sign with Kent State until recently.
In any event, Miah is still listed. Maybe Natalie is still listed because it is possible she stays?
We can only stay tuned. You have to admit, this has been a pretty exciting off-season.

no idea! I tried reading the tea leaves with twitter likes, but I think there are just too many friends and contacts that she has in the industry that also follow her on twitter. Saw Millard North's GBB coach, an international scout from Latvia, The Miles CC (Montana) coach, some AAU coaches, et cetera, et cetera. no idea. Also, still waiting to hear who committed on the VB side! maybe 90 has an idea I would think it's the all time leading rebounder in Pine City, MN history. Committed to kearney then followed coach out to Idaho. She's not going to want to stick around idaho without the coach she followed out there. |
