Don't give up more than 3-4 explosive plays to their offense. Tackle well across the board. Take the ball away from them at least 3 times.
QB play has to be solid (we will know early). Get the ball out quick in a variety of ways to your best athletes. Take care of the rock and avoid the stupid turnovers. PROTECT the QB and run the ball at least effectively.

Very much disagree with the pass interference call that let ISU avoid 3rd and 20. Receiver bumped into the defender then either tripped or did a soccer flop onto the ground. Never would have caught up to that pass either way. Only led to 3 points, but probably should have been 0.

Refs inserting themselves in the game again. Theis appears to get the 1st on a 3rd down run. Far official was going to give it to him, near official gets to the ball first and spots him short. Yotes line up to quickly sneak it, and we get a pointless review that then leads to a punt.

I'm all good on runs up the gut on 3rd and 5 or more. I don't need to see anymore of those. We are playing like 7 points will win this game.

Atrocious spot and "review" to give ISU a first down on what should have been 4th down in their own territory. Leads to an ISU FG of course. Refs played an instrumental role in both ISU scoring drives.
