First time since Amy left that she is scheduling the Yotes! I wonder if the positive relationship between her and Carrie was the reason. Remember, Amy gave our AD a solicited recommendation for Carrie, and then put out a positive statement when she was hired. Good stuff! I have a feeling Williams will get a good reaction from the Yote fans in attendance.
...putting on the calendar...

This is a good game it will be sold-out. Amy will have a warming welcome she left the program in good shape

Finally decided we aren't a big threat, eh?
Just kidding. Well, there's probably some truth to that, but it is very cool that Amy was willing to agree to this kind of game. I don't think she has much to gain but plenty to lose in this one. Great game for fans and recruiting, will be great to see Amy again in South Dakota. Class act helping to make this game happen.

That's the way I feel. I don't think she was interested in game through 2022, for obvious reasons. But she didn't have to schedule this either, especially at the Pentagon.

I wish it was in vermillion. bad part season tickets wont work. I would guess the Pentagon or Sanford is writing Nebraska a check. It will sell out 3,000 seats I think it would have sold 6,000 seats in vermillion. But maybe we will play them every year that would be a plus

This matchup doesn't happen if the game is in Vermillion.

I don't think it would be a problem if we play in Lincoln every year after this game I know I would go. We will see how this game goes first might be one and done

But maybe we will play them every year that would be a plus There is nothing in it for Nebraska to play this game in Vermillion, and to think that it would have sold 6,000 seats had that been the case is speculative at best. The Pentagon is the perfect venue, and while this may not be a financial windfall for USD, the bigger picture shows a lot of other value to our program with this matchup in Sioux Falls.

It's a good game for USD just not a fan of the Pentagon except it does have a bar in it that's good. When Iowa plays their it sells out in minutes

In any case this will be a great chance to reestablish some momentum and begin to rebuild our credibility as a top mid major program.

IF we have any kind of inside presence, this team will be pretty salty. I'm all in for the new staff.
