He looks good. Wonder if he is related to Kyle Emsick. Kyle was a UNL athlete in the early to Mid 90s coming out of Lincoln SE HS. Kyle was a solid wrestler and FB player.

Yes he is. That is his uncle. plays a lot like him. This kid will look good in red! Although it looks like he has an offer from north dakota and NDSU might offer this summer. USD probably should offer quick.

VERMILLION, S.D.—University of South Dakota head football coach Joe Glenn is pleased to announce the signing of defensive back Jarrid Bryant to an Institutional Letter of Intent to attend graduate school and play football at USD this fall. Bryant has one year of eligibility remaining.
“Jarrid is hungry and looking for a place where he can get on the field and get some grass stains on his game suit,” said Glenn. “He is 6-feet-4 and really long for a cornerback. We needed help at that position and we look forward to him joining us so we can see what he can do.”
Bryant recently completed his bachelor’s degree at Arizona State University and was a member of the Sun Devils’ football team for four years, including a redshirt season in 2009. Bryant began his collegiate career as a wide receiver before moving to the defensive side prior to the 2012 season.
Bryant grew up in Corona, Calif., and moved to Connecticut in 2006 where he attended Salisbury Prep School. He was a two-sport star for the Knights, excelling in both football and basketball.
