Never suggested the downward spiral is happening. Simply pointed out that losing game after game can get to even the hardest working teams in any sport at any level. Also pointed out that we are in pre-season, once the conference starts the slate gets washed clean and we get to start over.

The KSFY Sports had a segment on the Coyote MBB yesterday. The Argus Sports also had a front page article today on the MBB with the WBB given some lines at the end of the article. I know some think there is no coverage for your teams, but it seems the Sioux Falls media is devoting some attention south.

There is a seroius lack of coverage for the U. SDSU's WBB against Green Bay game had an article and 4 videos on the argus. I'm not sure all of the USD womens games combined have 4 videos.
The SDSU MBB games in the Pentagon against FGCU had a similar amount of post game videos at 4 or 5 and a couple more articles.
The USD game in the Pentagon against UNLV, a much more well known brand for college basketball, had no post game videos that I could find and one article before the game and one post game article on the Argus.
Really the only 2 media outlets with huge biased have been the Argus Leader and Keloland with the Argus being the worst by far. If you look at the number of articles and videos there is a significant difference between the two schools.

That's on Mick for the Argus issue.....talk to him about it during his live chats every Thursday at 3. Also the Green Bay game had some good story lines with former WNBA draft pick and former SDSU standout, Megan Vogel being an assistant coach on that team and coming back to Frost for the 1st time, AJ almost leaving SDSU to coach at GB a number of years ago but changed the day of his press conference at GB to announce that was hired, and a top mid-major clash. It's also pretty easy to write articles about the SDSU wbb team when they play the teams they do and how successful they have been. TV has outdone himself ever since he starting being the Jacks beat writer. SDSU athletics is lucky to have someone who works that hard at his job. Keloland does stories that people want to hear about. Sioux Falls is a SDSU city at this moment. Supply and demand. That is all that it is.
