Actually, his best bet to getting some playing time was to move to DB for now. Ed said he'd welcome him to try out for QB after this season but he just got here too late and was too far behind the other QBs for 2011.

I don't know if it's really a good yard stick to measure by.... but I'll have a big grin on my face if we fair better!

I would agree with Wedge Breaker almost completely with the exception of the Missouri S & T score. We beat them 34-3 on D-Days 2008. Three more years of D1 recruits against the same D2 players equals a much more lopsided final score. I would guess 49-10.

I remember Noah's first touchdown pass was a bomb to Desmond down the sidelines.

Tony I certainly hope all the best for you as you take on your new gig. I'm going to really miss your tipping me off to the trick plays while I'm shooting the games!

There's nothing about it on Mary's website or Bismarck's newspaper. Hopefully it's not the case?! Why would anyone leave a D1 school to go to a transitional D2 school unless it was the head coach or possibly a coordinator's position? In any case, there was nothing about those positions being open either. I really don't wanna see TS leave but all of the folks that have left have left for spots that elevated their careers. Who can blame them? We're the ones who are emotionally invested in the school.

Yes, it is too bad to see Flanagan leave. He played with a lot of heart but in the end he wasn't going to get taller or faster.
