I can't stress how important it would be for this team to get a road win outdoors.

20-3 Yotes on top at the half! Bergner is back on his game after missing a couple of FGs last week

Saeger throws an ill advised interception. That was a definate no-no. That stops a dominant Coyotes half. Well not quite another field goal and it is 20-3
The Coyotes have been in this position before and have not done a good job of finishing in these types of situations on the road. It would have been nice to have a bigger lead. Now is the time that the coaches will earn their pay checks. The Davis coaching staff will get all over their players at half and definately make adjustments. It's up to the Coyote coaching staff to make counter adjustments at half and on the fly in the second half. The players need an internal will to play this game out as if it is a tie game. If they play to protect the lead they may not protect the lead. The best way to win is to tack on points time after time.
Overall what a half by the Coyotes. They were by far the better team and played with more energy. They need to continue what they have been doing and please do not allow the momentum to shift.

Way too many penalties for the Yotes. If we expect to be successful in the long run,we need to stop hurting ourselves so much. Shufford has made more mistakes in 2 games than I'd expect out of one of our captains to make all season. SMH

Absolutely handed UC Davis that TD. Turnover and dumb penalty are unacceptable.

If the Yotes hold on to win that broken tackle long touchdown run will loom very large to put the Yotes back up by 10. This is gonna be the longest 4th quarter ever.

Wow the Yotes won on the road, I repeat the Yotes won on the road. This game had a very familiar feel of games past but this time the Coyotes hung on. UC Davis made their comeback but this time the Yotes had an answer with the big run by Bouma. The first half was very good but the second half was a little wacky for the Yotes. It would be nice if the Yotes just would have rolled the Aggies from start to finish but things are never that easy for the Yotes. I wish we could just fast forward the Drake game and go right into the MVFC which is what the season will be measured on in addition to tonights game. I never thought this game was over until the last knee was taken by the Coyotes in the victory formation. The Yotes have played UC Davis tough over the last few games. Now lets get after those damn Missouri Valley teams.

Nice job Yotes on a much needed win! Believe we had 4 sacks on the game (with 3 in the 4th quarter alone). That unfortunately also came with 9-10 penalties, not sure what happened there after only 2 flags thrown last week???
JVG was all kinds of fired up on the radio broadcast to close out the game. Good stuff. In full disclosure, I only listened to the second half, but it was a fun one. There was a moment there I said, "here we go again," but the melt-down never came and the Yotes finished the 4th quarter out strong.
Looking forward to the next game, Drake gave UND a run for their money today. I would love to see a 2-1 record going in to D-Days, but it won't be a cake walk next weekend.
