Saw aiding the runner called 23 years ago in a HS game. That official is long gone.

Elite team lol. If we have depth or even a pulse on defense we would have a game in Vermillion coming up on Saturday.
Proud of the team. Best season at D1. Will top it soon enough, but a very good year for the team.

Well a game of two completely different half’s of football. Amazing adjustments/effort in the 2nd half. Solid overall effort, in all likelihood SHSU ends up a semifinalist team.
Awesome program turnaround, props to the staff! Expectations will be very high next year, exciting times for the program!
Good to know a QB like Simmons is prepped to take the reins. The team is solid, but as always there are holes to plug... I’m sure the staff will switch gears and focus on their 3rd recruiting class. They don’t live in a should of/could of/ would of world and understand the clock keeps ticking...

Had heard earlier in week that Schultz and Coker were out for season. Felt terrible for them and thought we were probably toast. Defense ended season down 5 starters from beginning of season, and a few injuries in canp. Amazing how they held it together.
I for one think LB needs to be an area of focus in recruiting this season. Not sure what we have in pipeline or if a guy like Jake Mathew ever gets healthy but we have to tackle better. Marchalo Judge returning will help replace losses at CB. Future is bright and I truly believe this is a top 10-15 program in FCS.

Still upset about that cheap shot by the thug from Bowling Green on the opening kickoff that put Dixon out for the year. Sure could have used him with the other injuries we suffered at LB

Was working in Verm this semester and went to an academy to get back in shape a few weeks back. I’ve been told he is coming back at semester re-focused and ready for a 2nd chance.

Here is a link to today's press conference. www.youtube.com/watch?v=aoQKD6Pm32c I'm really excited about the future of Coyote Football. We are definitely going to miss the senior leadership of Chris and Brandt Van Roekel on offense. Playing in two playoff games is great experience for all of the younger guys. Go Yotes.

Very proud of these young men and I congratulate them on being the first USD playoff team in the D1 era. Can't wait for next year!

I figured something was up as the board was pretty quite this week as we got closer to game day (and no TBSD). Couldn't absorb more key losses on D, obviously.

TBSD absence was noticeable.
Watched the PC and shame on me for not noticing Powell was out injured today as well. So down 3 defensive starters from lastbweek then had to play top offense in nation...and had a chance to win.
