No way this game should be tied but I'll take it. I also want the lead and that missed field goal back. Really though, I think Illinois State had about 6 offensive plays on 4 drives that last 7 minutes or so. Unbelievable. |

Illinois State just turned it over in their own territory on a 4th straight possession (minus the kneel to end the 1st half). I don't think I've ever seen anything like this before.

Really need to do something about "injuries" on defense. We were shredding their D and a defender goes down with a non-contact injury. Play stops and gives them a chance to regroup.

No matter, TD Coyotes! I mean it's just so damn hot outside. Get him a Gatorade to work out those cramps. How this hasn't been addressed whatsoever by the NCAA is beyond me. The cover of player safety is right there. |

The color guy on the broadcast seemed.....confused.....from the start of the game, but calling us by the wrong name several times after the first quarter is a bad look on top of already seeming to be at a different game entirely. We have been in the same conference for almost a decade. It's not hard.

Not sure what happened to Camp there. Came up ginger but back into the game about 45 seconds later. It appears Parks is the true 2nd string though. (Shuffled an out of sorts Eckhardt for first down, then Parks on 2nd down).
Field goal makes it a 10 point lead. Feels like we should be up by more somehow.
