Not to rehash this but I find it interesting that less than two weeks after the SDSU game, USD did the same thing with their starters. They were up 19 against Western Illinois with 1:54 left and Western Illinois pulled their starters. USD did not pull their starters until there was 1:11 left. I know that 19 points isn't 60 but 1:11 isn't 7:30 either. I would not have done what either coach did but I guess that is why they are paid the big bucks and I am not. I know that this is a rebuilding year for USD but I can still see USD and SDSU in the Summit League tournament championship. NDSU might be tough but it takes a lot for these two teams to not be at the top of this league. USD just needs to be the #2 or #3 seed. You're right. Nineteen points is not the same as 60. Just over one minute is and the same as 7 either

If we would have pulled all of our starters we would have only had three players on the floor. Sorry- I just came back because I just thought about that. Your team is really short handed right now. You could of pulled your best player though. Okay...WIU hit a three with 3:23 left to cut the lead to 10. USD hit back-to-back threes to put it away, so *maybe* Kayla could have pulled them with 2:30 left? One minute earlier? Okay. And as others have mentioned, the Coyotes have two starters on the floor at all times by definition. Like I said earlier in this thread, I wasn't that offended at the starters beginning the 4Q of that Jacks game. But I'm curious about the lengths you are going to contort yourself into some level of equivalency here.
