The football game between Missouri and USD will now be on Thursday, August 31st at 7 pm. The game was originally scheduled for September 2nd. The game will be broadcast on a national basis on SEC TV.
A great opportunity for the Coyotes to roll into Columbia and give the Tigers a game.

Well damn. That’s great for national exposure, but will make it much more difficult for me to attend in person as I was planning to do with PTO needing to be taken into consideration. I’m sure others are going to be in the same boat.

I'd hardly call the SEC Network great exposure. Would have been much nicer to have the game on a day where more fans could attend.

The SEC NETWORK is on most cable providers channel lineup. Good for our southern recruits to be seen on TV.
I also prefer the Saturday time but welcome to”doing it for the money” football

It is going to hard to compete with a SEC team . If we lose even by a big margin as long as we do some positive things and don't have any big injuries I will be happy. the big thing how big a check do we get

Bumping this to the top. Game week boys! Who all is making the trip? With school back in session, the Mrs. said no this time, unfortunately.

Bob speaking yesterday says camp going well with the new coaches seemed bullish . We did well in the portal filling the WR,QB and D linemen. We have 2 freshman who may earn playing time. Missouri a SEC team spent big time with NIL money so they are loaded . We need a little work on offense but Defense sounds good. Hope to compete next weak. Also we have a extra home game this year

I’ve also seen stuff on Mizzou trying to be more aggressive with NIL. Their state statutes also allow recruits to begin utilizing NIL as soon as the sign their letter of intent to a Missouri university. They should be a bowl eligible team this season and defense will be their strength. Not a great upset formula for us, but there’s a reason we play the games. I expect to at least put up a fight. The Myles Harden v Luther Burden matchup will be interesting to watch as well.

Just stay healthy this week. If they can keep it competitive, that's a bonus.

I saw Missouri plans on using 2 QBs in this game. Hope that blows up in their face.

I'm honestly not sure what to do with that line. I've seen the Yotes hang in there with P5 schools but I could also see it getting out of hand quickly. For my money, I'm staying away from that I think.

Gambling on week 1 games in college football is a tremendous crapshoot. The results could go your way, but it is a shot in the dark in my opinion.
