One week until kickoff. I am really looking forward to this season. It is going to be special year.
Still way too many tickets available for the home opener of the #5 team in preseason polls. I don't care who we are playing and that we are playing on a Thursday night, we need more butts in the seats. If you are on the fence about going to the game, decide to go and bring along a friend or 5. If you already have plans to go to the game, recruit more to go with you. Let's all do our part to create one of the best home field atmospheres in the FCS.

Agreed! First time season ticket holder here and new to the ProBoard: I'd be at this game either way, but with everything new and a blackout, Thursday night home opener... you can bet your *** i'll be there!

Sad when the PxP guy for Northern State Teachers College makes a dig at our fans. Let’s prove him wrong.

Are the black uniforms going to be unveiled before the game or is the game serving as the grand reveal?

It's a Thursday game against a nobody opponent. Most people going to games have to drive an hour to attend. People who usually bring their kids might not want to bother at all. If this were anything besides the home opener I'd skip it, and I haven't missed a home game in years. I totally understand why sales are low.

It is a tough sell especially for younger families and against a D2 opponent on a Thursday night.
That said, there is a lot to be excited for: Night game Season opener Home opener Blackout uniform Blackout crowd theme T-shirt with the promo ticket Tune up for Wisconsin Will the Yotes cover the 39.5 spread Chance to see guys in expanded roles and all the transfers Opportunity to cheer on the #5 ranked team Tailgating if your schedule allows…
Possibly a black, replica mini helmet for sale along with the new Coyote alternate logo gear. Could pickup some new sports schedule posters too…
Go Yotes!

Thursday night game is exciting. High expectations after last year, high preseason ranking. But, late night with an hour plus drive home, early meeting Friday, almost 40 point spread makes it a tough choice.

But, late night with an hour plus drive home, early meeting Friday, almost 40 point spread makes it a tough choice. I’m here as well, but I’m also facing a trip down to Omaha (from Sioux City) on Thursday morning for an appointment with my daughter’s eye specialist. Then a drive up to Huron on Friday to once-again feel like the only USD grad at the State Fair. Nothing sounds better than some Coyotes football with a cold beer on the couch after bedtime between those two trips.

Leaving work early, getting kids out of school early, setting up tailgate at 2:30. Only get 6 home games. No excuses here.
