Yep the transition isnt easy to go through, esp when you have to compete against teams that are playoff elligible and the other two domes in the league are probably more appealing to young student athletes right now. But hopefully those days will be over in a few years if the dome gets upgraded!

I strongly agree with the previous couple posts. Ed hasn't done everything right but he is far better than his recent predecessors. Also, read the bunny boards and see how they are crying that Stig doesn't have the financial resources to compete, etc. etc. I would wager that Ed has far less $ to work with by a quite a ways. A big plus for the U today is our AD, Saylor. If you haven't met him yet, seek him out. He has a great vision and I am confident he will not condone or sustain mediocrity. BUT, he also needs financial resources to continue the progress.

UC-Davis is getting hammered against S. Utah being outgained about 450-200 and losing 34-3 with 5:00 left in the game. The same team that outgained USD by 100+ yards and almost 2-1 in first downs. If USD plays the way they did against UC-Davis they will be hammered out in San Luis Obisbo today.

For those that thought UC-Davis looked decent last week.
Total yards UC-Davis 193, S Utah 489 First downs 9-30 for S Utah 34-3 final
This is what I thought USD should have done to Davis if they would have played well. UC-Davis is not very good.

As usual Mr. CF you are right on top of things. Good job!
This could be a 'program' defining game now that the Transition is mercifully coming to a close. Win, and also win at und and we roll into being playoff eligible with a whole lot of National Contender potential. Lose tonight and I will have a whole lot of concern about how things might end up in GF.
It would seem to be a Defining Moment type of challenge for the Yotes @ Cal Poly. Will they step up?
This member of The Coyote Nation is really counting on them.
Go South Dakota!!! Go Coyotes!!!! Forever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
