Yeah, I haven only been able to go to a couple matches this year unfortunately. Work and hanging out with the girlfriend has gotten in the way a bit, but I always keep up with how they are doing. I think I missed one home match in the last three years before this one and went up to the Regionals in Duluth. I really get into college volleyball.

CSP vs. Wayne State College in 2005- score of first set----44-42. Be careful on the posts of DII talent. I know of 6 DII schools and a few NAIA within a 4 hour drive of Vermillion that would beat the Coyotes like they stole something!

Ok, observer. Thanks for participating. I did not see a single post in this thread mention D2 talent.

Looks like the SD VB team is having a great tournament so far out in Missoula. Blanked Montana 3-0 and then followed that beating Idaho 3-1 today.
Good to see them making progress! Will need some momentum as the Summit conference schedule approaches.

Really proud of the boys today. Interesting to think that SD made a lot of mistakes today - penalties, turnovers etc and still won convincingly. This was an effort win in my opinion. Hope they can build on this win and continue to improve.
Will also be fun to see how EWU responds next week and the rest of the season.

This is the volleyball section, remember.
Speaking of which, impressive win over Fullerton on Saturday. Seriously, any time you can beat a California school, it's an accomplishment.
Three great wins for the Coyotes.

Tonight, the Coyotes (2-0) host North Dakota State (2-0), an NCAA Tournament team in 2 of the last 3 years. A great test for the Coyotes.
MidcoSports is televising the match tonight, and a big crowd is expected for USD's home opener.
I'll be there, for sure.

Does anyone know if Kritenbrink will be available for the upcoming 3 conference matches?
