I watched most of the second half yesterday and i personally felt like USD would have been better with Simmons UNI just didn't have to worry about Streveler beating them with his legs which when he is right makes him such a treat that's just my personal opinion.

I heard Thayer call it a shoulder injury. Strev's response has me thinking the Austin Simmons era is now in effect. Streaker warming up, throwing bullets. Nobody's going to want to have to tackle a streaker.

How in the hell do you guys deal with SDSU fans on a daily basis they are the worst people that I've ever had the misfortune of coming across they make ISU fans look like Saints.

Northern Colorado - Already has an all sports conference with a basketball league of similar caliber Southern Utah - Already has an all sports conference with a basketball league of similar caliber Eastern Illinois - Already has an all sports conference with a basketball league of similar caliber I'd like to see New Mexico State join. Maybe they, and the others mentioned, have been invited, but no one wants to join the Summit. You can't polish a turd. No one with any good options will join this conference. Even IUPUI was able to secure greener pastures. No one wants to be in this conference outside of the Dakotas. I'm for any of those schools except SUU even when they were in the league they weren't in the MVFC. I personally would like to see WIU go to the OVC but that's not going to happen.

Heres how the season looks this morning: Current record 4-0 Indicated final record 9-2. Last week 10-1. The indicated losses will probably restrict USD to an at large bid on the road, but the Dakota Dome is nice so we will have to see. Change from last week ISUr game switched from win to loss. The teams tightened to a statistical tie so intangables were activated. The Swamp is a tough place to play and ISUr controls the ball as well as anyone. Overall everything seemed to tighten a bit. The rally by WIU and a better performance by teams, especially on defense, caused this. There is something very wrong with the committee if the Coyotes go 9-2 with their schedule and don't get a top 8 seed, let alone not even getting a home game in the first round of the playoffs (which I know is based on bidding, which in itself is stupid). That would be one of the biggest injustices ever. They would have to be 6-2 in the conference as well. Wasn't there a seeded team last year that went 8-3? Not sure but many Coyotes fans would be beyond pissed if they got that kind of a draw with a 9-2 Valley team. No chance in snowballs hell that if the Yotes go 9-2 they don't get a 1st rd bye totally agree that the bidding is completely idiotic.

The Penguins have got be thinking are you kidding me playing arguably the 2 best teams in the country in back to back weeks followed UNI who appears to be doing what they do every year and start playing great in the 2nd half of the season.

Just checked the forecast. Temp is good at 76, but 15-25 mph winds scares me a little. What does ISU do well on O? Run, pass, both, neither? Neither there OLine maybe the worst in the league.

I also have to agree the WIU fans were outstanding! Especially the 4 women in the north end zone that gave me the red beads! Great game and I'm sure WIU is going far this year ad well. Yeah not sure who thought the red beads were a great idea.

My two cents no one in the valley wants to play either of these teams the officials in this game were simply awful in both ways that game was the type of game that drove WIU fans nuts when Nielsen was hear good luck the rest of the season and who knows maybe we will meet again this year.
