Interesting. The last salary information I could find for Thiesse shows that she was at $83,000 in 2021, which is about 1/3 of what Karius was making this past season at USD. PS. Perhaps Mankato is looking to join the Summit?? |

Let's be honest. If Jewett were that great of a coach he would have gotten his shot already. There's probably a reason he isn't running a program.

So she "lost the locker room" to her assistant coach, began to look for reasons to miss games and allow that assistant coach to coach the team and then asked that assistant coach to move with her to her new job? Some of you guys are wild. Yeah shocker. Kayla is weak in the X's and O's and she wanted to bring someone along that she knew was really good at it. To Kayla's credit she knows where she is weak and it was actually a very selfless thing for her to step back and let Mike do the coaching knowing that it gave us the best chance to win. As much as Kayla had to rely on Mike it would have been surprising if she didn't invite him to come. I'm sure she planned to do a few things differently so she wouldn't lose her team again, but she never faulted Mike for losing them the last time around. It's not like he was campaigning against her behind her back, or cutting her legs out like some suggested. I'm hearing Mike and Carrie Eighmey are strongly being considered. I'm sure there are others. Anyone else hearing some names? |

Bring Mandy Koupal back as a asst coach . I like Molly Miller and Eighmey or even Person they done well as head coaches

Just heard that there is some pressure from people that think they are important to hire jewett. If that happens I won't be renewing my season tickets.

Let’s be real most of us think we are very important! There are going to be different opinions on every candidate. From what I can see Jewett checks a lot of boxes: Experience, can recruit, staying power, relatable, and motivates. So unless there is something I’m glaringly missing I’m not seeing were the disdain for him is coming from other than personal opinion/preference which is totally your prerogative.
