It's officially game week for our USD Coyotes as we take on the New Mexico Lobos at 8PM CST on Thursday. A depth chart has been published ( www.goyotes.com/documents/2016/8/29//1_NM.pdf?id=2014) and anyone hoping to get an insight into the QB race will be disappointed as zero preference is given between our three guys. Looking at this the position that sticks out as a real uncertainty is the OL. Mike Meinert is our only reserve with game experience having played in two games in 2015 and six in 2014, this offense is inevitably going to rely on guys with very little experience on the line. Nick Jensen worked out for us as a Freshman last year but this is an unsettling situation. New Mexico is coming off a 7-6 season that included a loss to Arizona in the New Mexico Bowl. The Lobos return 17 starters from 2015 so the Yotes certainly have their work cut out for them. The game will be broadcast through ROOT Sports with what appears to be a free online feed for anyone who doesn't have that channel. It looks like ROOT is available out West River through Midco but no such luck over here on the east side of the state so I'll be forced to watch through an internet connection. The line I'm seeing has USD as 16 point underdogs. I would say that seems about right as I'm expecting a score of about 37-20. I never anticipate a win going into games like these and am looking for any positive takeaways, but with some lucky breaks we certainly could come home the victors. Football is finally back! GO YOTES!

Wonder if Midco will pick up the feed and broadcast it on MidcoSN. I question if that's an option for them. Maybe Jay will drop in and give us some good news.

On my phone now so it's difficult to get a link, but the game will be available either on golobos.com or themw.com under their respective video sections.

I believe it is http://www.themwc.com

Does anyone know if there are watch parties for the New Mexico game anywhere in Sioux Falls? Beef o Brady's? I have been told there is no official one. Combo of a Thursday game, late evening start and all/most AD/foundation staff is going with the team to NM.

In Verm there is a big event for the game literally being held in the street. I believe that Leo's is facilitating.

Incorporating the game watch with Thursdays on the Plaz, maybe? Correct. I read the 'Plaz" in another message. I had not heard of the "Plaz" before. What is the scoop?
